The Eagle

When the mother Eagle sees that time has come for it to teach the eaglets how to fly, she gathers an eaglet onto her back, and flies high.

Suddenly she swoops out from under the eaglet and allows it to fall. As it falls, it gradually learns what it's wings are for until the mother catches it once again. The process is often repeated.

If the young eagle is slow to learn or cowardly, she returns it to the nest, and begins to tear it apart, until there's nothing left for the eaglet to cling to.

Then she nudges it off the cliff. At this point, the eaglet has no option but to fly. This is how competitive dancers should be trained. If you are a dancer that aspire to be great, above your equals, apply this strategy. At M9 Dance School, this is almost becoming normal to all our students in Nigeria and it has uncountable advantages for dance school owners. Break the dancers until they meet your expectation, not theirs.
