Talent is not enough

If you're talented or very talented and you feel you will be successful in life through your talent; maybe because you've seen some other talented people succeeded, hey,you may be living in a terrible nightmare. Talent alone is not enough, no matter how natural and great the talent you possess is.

No matter the ability one possess in life, without discipline and great commitment, one cannot be successful with it.

Haven't you observe that it's only few talented people that make it in life! Meanwhile almost everybody is talented in one way or another. So what happened to the whole rest? The answer is already answered in the question. Talent is never enough to succeed in life.

These days, the dancing PROFESSION is trying to make a global wave. But only few dancers are succeeding with Dance. These are probably even dance entrepreneurs, not dancers who solely rely on active dancing for livelihood. OK, I just made a great point there, and the point is, you need to think beyond using your talent to promote your life. Instead, start using entrepreneurship principles to promote your talent and that will eventually land you in a better place; where Talent driven dancers can't attain.

Since talent is not enough, two main things you need to add to your talent for your life to experience a real success is Discipline and Commitment.
You must discipline yourself in every way possible.

Unfortunately, and maybe the real reason why majority of talented people fail in life is; talented people are easily filled with pride and pride is the father of destruction of talent. On the other hand, discipline is the mother of talent.

Staying and believing in what you do,no matter the obstacles that hit you; that's commitment. You need commitment for your talent to eventually see the global Spotlight. Not giving up,not getting discouraged, not being lazy, not changing your dreams! COMMITMENT.

With Discipline and Commitment, hey, your talent has become more than talent. It's now talent-plus (talent+) and that's the key to unlock any success your talent can ever bring.
